Will has many years experience working with building contractors in London. This, coupled with his own hands on experience working on a number of his own properties, gives him a thorough understanding of all aspects of build projects. He has an eye for detail and delivers a high standard of work, be it a property maintenance project or a house extension and refurbishment.

Sophie and Will have a shared interest in producing beautiful and comfortable homes. There is no obligation to use Sophie’s extensive interior design knowledge and indeed many clients appoint SG Properties as their building contractor having already appointed an interior designer. Other clients might feel that there is no need to use an interior designer as they would prefer to take on the challenge personally. However, Sophie is always on hand to provide guidance be it paint colour schemes or involvement at a greater extent to suggest bathroom design, bespoke kitchens and soft furnishings.

We aim to lead and manage the whole building process in order to achieve a good quality refurbishment within time and budget.
