SG Properties write itemised quotes free of charge. The quotes are presented in a comprehensive format that is easy to follow. Due to the works being itemised the customer is able to remove, add or amend items before work commences. During the programme any additions or subtractions of itemised work are clearly presented as variations and agreed upon. The agreement is clearly summarised within the spreadsheet.

The quote can also be further broken down to show supply costs for items such as sanitary ware and kitchen materials etc. However, these items the client might want to choose for themselves. SG Properties will pass on discounts where applicable having built up a good relationship with local suppliers.

A programme of work can be produced on large projects if requested.


SG Properties will manage the project through from the start to the finish. We work closely with architects, either recommended by us or from yourselves. If needed we use private building control officers or we will work with local council officers. We will oversee all health and safety matters, producing where applicable risk assessments, COSHH assessments etc. We are ‘overseen’ by a bespoke construction health and safety company.

We offer an interior design service but are equally happy to work with your own chosen designer. If a structural engineer is required we will manage the whole process.  If other specialist sub contractors are required such as damp proofers, marble suppliers, specialist glazers etc we will manage the design process, choice of material and liaise closely with yourselves and them to give a clear process and excellent result and finish.

The company has all the necessary insurances in place which includes public and products liability.

We pride ourselves on communication and clarity, and are readily available on the phone and email. A high emphasis is placed on the team for good manners and respect for our clients and their properties. Our team know they are expected to leave sites as tidy as possible at the end of each working day.

We aim to lead and manage the whole building process in order to achieve a good quality refurbishment within time and budget.


SG Properties have the experience to plan the layout of your kitchen or bathroom to your needs and design. However, we are equally happy to work with your own chosen kitchen or bathroom company.

SG Properties can recommend specialist kitchen contractors if needed.
We carry out both first and second fix of your kitchen or bathroom. This also includes the supply and installation of goods from dishwashers to freezers, shower screens to bath taps. We also help you to choose your desired work surfaces and oversee the installation.

Equally, we are able to work with ‘high street’ suppliers from the design process and installation. We have built up a good working relationship with our local suppliers.


SG Properties aim to maximise your space, if required, to add a better quality of living space and value per square metre. We pride ourselves on our ‘spatial awareness’ making the tightest spots/rooms work for you. With our interior design service and ability to convey our thoughts clearly to you we can produce some spectacular results.


It goes without saying we offer a maintenance service once we have completed your project for those extra items you might want to add or amend once we have left. This typically includes gas and electrical certificates for rental purposes, or clearing out that blocked gutter to decorating works internally and externally.


We can advise on any carpentry or joinery items. This might include anything from a bespoke spray painted break-front bedroom wardrobe to a simple TV cabinet beside a fireplace. Will has a particular passion for joinery and will help you through the architectural detail to achieve an impressive finish.

We are able to supply and fit windows and doors and will make them to the style you wish. The windows and doors will all meet the necessary fire and building regulations.


SG Properties are able to complete a total rewire and plumbing of a property to include pressurised systems to lighting and power supplies. If you require Audio Visual we have a recommended installer who will advise you on the most up to date technology.

On completion of your project, we will produce the necessary certification such as NICEIC and Gas Safe documents where applicable. We are not a 24 hour call out company but will happily recommend plumbers or electricians who might assist.


Sophie has years of experience working with highly acclaimed interior designers in London. She can provide an extensive service from advising on paint colours and room layouts to sourcing specialist items and materials. Alternatively, Sophie is always on hand to bounce ideas off or offer advice.


We provide many other services including roofing, glazing, garden construction, plastering, spray painting of kitchen and joinery units, tiling, decorating.
